Now Hiring: Service Drive Sales Assistant (“Point Guard”)

Location: On-site at local partner dealerships (MD, FL, NJ, PA)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000/year + potential bonuses
Employment Type: Full-Time (Starting as 1099 with opportunity to transition to W-2 with benefits)

About the Role

GoTime Auto is looking for an outgoing, motivated individual to join our growing team as a Service Drive Sales Assistant—a role we call the “Point Guard.” You’ll work inside our partnered dealerships to help customers explore upgrade opportunities without the pressure of traditional car sales.

This entry-level position is ideal for recent college graduates or anyone ready to take the first step into the automotive, tech, or customer service world. You’ll be trained on our web-based software and stationed at a dual-monitor workstation inside the service drive.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers warmly as they enter the dealership’s service lane

  • Perform a light inspection of their vehicle (VIN scan and visual walkaround)

  • Use GoTime Auto’s proprietary software to generate real-time trade-in offers and new lease options

  • Print and deliver the offer to a dealership sales representative—your job is to set up the assist

  • Track and log each customer interaction, noting follow-up actions if the sale doesn’t happen that day

  • Maintain a welcoming, professional, and positive presence that reflects the GoTime Auto brand

  • Rotate between one or more dealership locations (local travel only)

What We’re Looking For

  • A friendly, approachable personality—you enjoy engaging with people

  • Detail-oriented and organized—you’ll be logging daily interactions and follow-ups

  • Tech-savvy—you can navigate web-based tools and work across dual monitors

  • Reliable and self-motivated—you work well independently within a structured routine

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or dealership settings is a plus—but not required

What You’ll Get
